With every inspection confirmation, a copy of CREIA's Standards of
Practice is also sent.  The Standards of Practice advise home buyers on
what is going to be inspected, what will not be inspected, what an
inspection entails, and how a home inspection takes place.  Home
buyers should read these thoroughly and ask any questions about them

The reporting software used for the inspection report uses digital photos
to visually show what the problems, defects, or concerns.  Along with the
computer generated report, a comprehensive binder detailing and
expanding upon the information in the report is also given at the
