Reporting

Many people have asked, "What do your reports look like?"  Below is a
sample report using the TWI reporting software.  Every report uses digital
photos to illustrate the findings on the report.  The report is generated
on-site and is given to the Buyer of the home.  With every computer
generated report, a binder describing the findings and components of
the home in detail is provided to the Buyer.  A copy of the report is also
sent to the Buyer's Agent that day.   If at any time a Buyer has a question, I
encourage them to contact us.

Below is a copy of a sample report for older homes (Homes built before
the 1950's)  Because the first building code was not introduced until
1927, and not readily adopted, older homes are more complicated and
take longer to inspect.
